Another question is: why is Israel condemned for protecting itself after the vicious attacks by Hamas?
Hamas hides in tunnels, uses their people as human shields, takes humanitarian aid meant for civilians to supply their fighters, and murders hostages held in the tunnels, to name just a few.
A group of terrorists threatening genocide of the Jews should be stopped. America’s milquetoast response is to make matters worse for the Middle East, for America, and for the rest of the world. Why do we have a UN, and where is the coalition of the righteous and humanity-loving nations?
A series of unfulfilled promises and miscalculations have marked the Biden administration’s handling of the Israel-Hamas conflict. After months of claiming that a cease-fire and hostage-release deal were close, U.S. officials now privately concede that they do not expect any agreement before the end of Biden’s term. Despite pushing the narrative that 90% of the deal’s terms had been settled, the reality reveals deeper issues. Top-level White House, State Department, and Pentagon officials admit the framework lacks the necessary traction. As one official bluntly put it: “No deal is imminent. I’m not sure it ever gets done.” This admission underscores yet another failure in Biden’s foreign policy approach, raising concerns over the administration’s ability to manage escalating tensions between Israel and Hezbollah. Once again, lofty promises have collided with the harsh reality of the situation, leaving the region teetering on the edge while the administration flounders to secure a lasting resolution.
