When government fails to act and create a leadership vacuum, then things happen.  It happened in Europe with a lesson if you want to listen.

Here is a news story share of when Hungary took matters in its own hand when the European Union failed to address the migration crisis into Europe from Syria.  They built a fence which nearly stopped the hundreds of thousand of migrants from entering their country.   The EU ignored the crisis, and Hungary hit a tipping point and stopped it with a fence.  This is not the only border fence in Europe, eg. Macedonia has one as well.  And Hungary built other fences too.

The reason for this share is that nations have a national identity they wish to keep.  That is why there are laws on who can and cannot enter their countries and detailing the path to citizenship.  The Roman Empire knew the value of borders  in protecting their culture, their civilization, their safety and their security, but alas they were invaded by armies from outside and Rome was eventually sacked in succession.  The Western Empire fell.

Hungary reached a tipping point.  Other nations are reaching theirs.  Could ours be far behind, and will it end at just a wall or will the rise of sanctuary cities and their affront to federalism and the republic result in more than a fight over a fence but rather the decline and fall of the republic?
